Chef Nate's perfected brine recipe gives you an ideal mixture of seasoning for wet brining your bird. Red Apron brine packs and fresh turkeys go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Ingredients: Sea salt, sugar, black pepper, coriander, thyme, bay leaf, chili flake, dehydrated citrus. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Dissolve mixture in 1 gallon of boiling water. Let cool to room temperature. Completely submerge protein in brining solution. Refrigerate and let sit for 12 hours. We suggest following up with Red Apron poultry rub after you wet brine your bird for a perfectly-seasoned turkey.
