Our classic and timeless stuffing recipe, using only the best ingredients. Comes with diced onion, celery, bay leaf, and quart of stock for prep.
Ingredients: dehydrated bread tossed with mixed herbs, salt and pepper, celery, onion, bay leaf, and poultry stock.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Sweat onions and celery in olive oil. Once soft, add stock, bay leaf. Bring to a boil and pour over bread mixture. Toss all ingredients together and stuff into turkey before cooking. Pro tip: you can crumble up our Brown Sugar and Sage Sausage in a skillet, and use the fat to sweat your onions and celery (and skip the olive oil).
